“Overall very bad experience”

The location of the property and the view of the mountains were positives. This place is suitable for bachelors, not for families with elderly or toddlers, because you have to walk a lot with dangerous steps. Room service is bad, manpower is limited, and there are frequent power cuts. Even though the property says it’s in Lansdowne, the main Lansdowne is 2 hours away and the location is incorrectly mapped.

I was looking forward to a relaxing stay at this resort, but things got off to a rocky start. Shortly after booking, I received a call from Ms. Nisha, who claimed I'd booked a small room and needed to pay extra for a bigger one - despite no mention of this at the time of booking. The rest of my stay was actually pretty pleasant, with friendly staff and a clean room, but the initial phone call left a bad taste.

I'm still pinching myself after my incredible stay at this resort, which truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere that enveloped me, and my room was a cozy haven with a plush bed and all the essentials. The private balcony was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills that were perfect for watching the sunset.
