The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, which was great because I had a bit of a problem with the infrastructure - the elevator was out and the stairs were a real pain. Still, the people made up for it a bit.

Overall, everything was pretty good at this hotel - clean rooms, comfy beds, all that. But the air conditioning wasn't working, which was a bummer.
