“It felt like being in a beautiful tropical paradise 50 meters from the surf.”

The grounds were gorgeous and it was clear the owner invested a lot of care into every detail; the staff were friendly and friendly, and the spot was ideal for surfing and close to restaurants.

We had the most fantastic stay at Surf N Sun in Arugam Bay. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and the main street, but still quiet and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the whole place had a very nice atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Surf N Sun is a great place to relax and enjoy Arugam Bay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would happily come back!. Nothing

“Worst ever (unfortunately)”

The property itself is nice, but the owners are incapable of dealing with customers unfortunately. The owners. After my girlfriend arrived one day earlier than expected the two owners/managers wanted to charge us an extra of 200 USD for her (for a room that is around 90 USD). After trying to discuss and throwing around other random numbers he started to insult us. When we decided to leave this sadly also included racial slurs with sentences like "This is my country". On a lucky day you can surely enjoy this beautiful facility (it is indeed nice!), but I am deeply shocked by this behavior of the property managers/owners. Sorry to say that, definitely not recommend :(
