“Situated in a lovely village.”
The room was tidy, though I noticed a few hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. The large bathroom had a great shower, and the room cooled down at first but warmed up nicely once I turned on the radiators. The Wild Hare, a nearby café, was very friendly and convenient for breakfast. However, Room 2 is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues because there are many stairs to climb, and the so‑called “kitchenware” only consisted of two teaspoons—no glass was provided for water. The bedroom rug looked stained and dirty, and I never met the host, which was a first for me. The garden was overgrown and untidy.

The host was wonderful, helpful, and kind, and the guesthouse itself was beautiful.

The room was beautiful and clean with plenty of space. Nothing else really mattered—I was very happy with the room.
The shower and toilet facilities were solid, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no heating during a cold night and the following morning.
