The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and will help you if you need anything reasonable. Breakfast is just a couple of toasted bread and tea/coffee, but it’s very good. There’s a nice little restaurant next door that serves good food quickly. The hotel’s location is perfect. If you’re coming from the railway station or the bus stand, it’s a 20‑25 minute walk or you can take a tuk‑tuk (you can really arrive at the hotel, not just nearby) for 150 Rs. Have an enjoyable stay. The main issue is the local customers who act like they’re at home; they’re noisy until midnight, sometimes even later. Rooms are dark except one on the top floor that offers a great view but costs 6 thousands rupees a night.

I'm extremely fond of this hotel and consider it one of my favorites in India. The location is ideal, situated just near the Golden Temple, and the rooms were spotless with a comfortable bed. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, showing great patience with my requests. I'm definitely planning to stay here again.
