“Satisfatório”
The reception area was clean, but the breakfast room lacked ventilation, making it very stuffy, and the coffee options were limited.
“Atendimento bom, estrutura ruim.”
The staff were friendly and well‑trained, but the towels had a bad smell, the shower was too hot, the double room had a single‑bed blanket, and the elevator was broken.
“Gostei bastante dos funcionários da recepção. São bem receptivos e calorosos”
The room was super comfy and spotless, but the spot is a nightmare when traffic hits. Getting in and out feels like a maze.
“Ótimo custo benefício”
The breakfast was good; nothing else to note.
Everything was well organized, the location was perfect, the value was great, and the staff were very proactive. Only the bed was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise everything was perfect.
