Everything was nice except that we couldn't cook. There is a kitchen but no cutlery, glasses, plates, or pots. The only thing usable without pots is the microwave, which is dirty and smells. We also contacted the property but received no reply.

We couldn't find our belongings because someone had moved them to the storage room; it was upsetting to return to our room at night and discover our passport and credit card missing. At check‑in they handed us a room that belonged to someone else, and we literally found a guy lying in the bed. The toilets were the worst imaginable; I can't describe them, but you definitely don't want to use them. I reached out after not finding our luggage, but they didn't respond until today. The lowest rating is 1, but I think -∞ would be more appropriate.

The location was great and the room doors being password‑protected was a big plus, but the bed sheets seemed never changed and were covered in hair and lint.
