The place is very clean, with fantastic Greek design, and the jacuzzi is the best – cleaned daily. The location is great, far from the crowded part of Perissa. The air‑conditioning noise from a nearby restaurant is a bit annoying. The breakfasts feel a bit monotonous for a seven‑day stay.

It’s an amazing, quiet spot where you can unwind away from crowds, close to the beach. The rooms are fine, the bathrooms comfortable, and it’s nearer to restaurants; the jacuzzi and evening drinks are a bonus, plus there’s car parking. Every day the rooms were cleaned, and the lady who took care of the property helped us rent a car and handled everything we needed. We stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was adequate; each day we got a full basket of food, but the same items every day were a downside – a bit more variety would have been better. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Clean. Great breakfast. Excellent and helpful staff (Maria). The small Jacuzzi is a big plus especially for the kids. 30 meters to a never ending beach and restaurants. One sleeping area (no doors). No kitchen or microwave
