The food was bland, there was a variety of food, but mold was found in the handicap rooms’ bathrooms and in the registers—please fix this.

Your logo is fine, but first the night attendant tried to charge me $385 instead of the $249 reservation, then I had to buy water at a cooler for $8 after the night attendant overcharged friends, and I paid a friend to stay in that room. The next morning breakfast was horrible, a few of us had diarrhea, the oranges were moldy, the Bose speakers hadn’t been cleaned, everything was really dirty, the room smelled like mold, the air‑conditioning was stale, the AC emitted a steel and mower smell, and it wouldn’t switch well; they switched rooms, but all of them were still bad.

The shower knobs didn’t work properly. The area around the shower knob had rust running down the tub wall.
