The hotel is well situated with easy access to the historic center. However, the staff were extremely limited—only one person attended to us, the service was awful, we were denied a room for two consecutive days, and overall the hotel’s management showed little concern or competence, so it does not qualify as a proper hotel.

The room quality was excellent, the peace around Paris was appreciated, the room service was good, breakfast was fine, the staff were kind—especially AMINDA—and the Nuxe products were nice. The contemporary artwork stretched across three floors, and the secure parking with direct access to the rooms was a plus. Nothing to complain about.

The guy who introduces the suites is helpful but a bit odd—he was overly eager, almost cracking the door when trying to show it, which felt like a horror movie servant.
