“Great and enjoyable stay”
The service was excellent and the food was great; I enjoyed both. The room stayed tidy and the staff were very friendly. The stay was too short to spot any shortcomings.
“Staff so helpful”
The location was convenient.
“An ok hotel overall”
Overall, a very nice hotel with decent rooms and good service. The fast internet was good and there was plenty of parking. It is located in an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere with no decent walking routes or paths around, which is a shame. The restaurant food is okay but definitely on the oily side—especially the salmon tagliatelle, where the chef seems to favor oil to “boost richness” and compensate for a lack of flavor that could have been developed differently. Food is served way too hot. The beef bourguinoin was quite nice nonetheless, but the full English was also extremely greasy, needlessly so.
“Lancashire Manor Hotel”
The accommodations were great and the stay was very enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of a microwave and a mini fridge.
“Perfect”
I stayed for a wedding, booked the suite, and found it fantastic; I loved the idea of a ‘living room’. The prices were great and breakfast was to die for. The only issue was the floor boards upstairs, which made a creaking sound.
