The hotel connects to an apartment, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The large room comes with air conditioning, and free parking is available in front of the hotel; paid parking is also offered. The breakfast is good, the modern design is appealing, and there's a work station at the reception. The only downside is the location, which is a very subjective assessment.

A somewhat special hotel with a fresh, pleasant entrance. The staff are friendly. There's no hotel restaurant, but you don't have to starve. A 24/7 shop sells simple rice dishes that can be cooked in the small kitchen in the room—a nice idea. The lobby has a small work corner with PCs and a printer. Breakfast was very good and the service staff extremely attentive. Parking is surprisingly abundant: free on the street and an affordable 10 €/day in a limited back courtyard. The hotel sits in an unattractive corner. There's only one wallbox, and it was also broken, so urgent improvement is needed.
