“La atención mala, mala no pésima”
I was only impressed by the location, but the service was absolutely terrible. I had three suitcases and asked the front desk manager to give me a room close to the entrance, not on the 5th or 6th floor. They refused to help, there was no air conditioning, and when I arrived at 4:40 am I forced to ring the reception bell so the staff could open the door, but the guy was sleeping. I could understand he was tired, yet he was still in reception and didn't hear me. Then the Uber arrived and I told him to ring the bell, otherwise they wouldn't let me in.
Nothing. We arrived and were told our room was occupied, and no alternative was offered.
Super clean, the guy who attended was very friendly, the place was warm and very pleasant.
It worked out for one night, but the location is risky. In the morning I woke up to a cockroach in the room, and the Wi‑Fi was not working.

I had a problem but arrived at 3 am and was received without any issues, which was great. My room was on the 4th floor and it was very hard to move around because there was no elevator, and I have a knee injury. Other than that everything was fine; they provide cold water and a microwave for use.
