“A NIGHTMARE!”
I called the host a little after 10 pm to book accommodation, and he handled the call quite unprofessionally; there was rowdy background noise (laughter and noise) and he was entertaining people while on the call with me. I called again when close by so he opens for us as advised by him, and he asked if I was alone, which was very dodgy and raised alarms and scared me. Why was that relevant? I’ve never had a host ask if I had company. Fearing for our safety, we drove back. I messaged him about the incident and requested a refund, which has not been returned. You are crooks and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
