The inn is nice, the rooms are okay, the breakfast has everything you need and the pastries are very good, but the mattress was personally a catastrophe, hard and already a firm lying pit.

The owners take great care of the hotel, everything is beautifully clean, the staff is very friendly, the food is cooked very well and all dishes were excellent; the breakfast offered a selection of great pastries and both sweet and savory items, and we will definitely return sometime.

The hotel’s position next to the forest and right near the Czech border was great, and we really enjoyed the sauna with the pool, the animals in the courtyard for petting, and the quiet surroundings that were perfect for relaxing. Checking in early proved impossible because no one was on site before 14:00 and the hotel was effectively closed; we arrived around 11:00 in 39 °C heat with no staff or any shade to sit under. The owner didn’t answer on the booking platform or WhatsApp, and only opened the reception at 14:00, answering my questions then, which was already too late for me. The room lacked soap except for a bar of it by the bathtub, which was inconvenient, and there were countless flies buzzing around the room that never left us alone, which was very irritating. Breakfast was extremely sparse, offering no sausages or any hot items.

The food is excellent and the staff is friendly, but it feels a bit outdated and the surcharge for a second person is hefty.
