“Hôtel fantôme et bidonville”

Nothing good, because the hotel doesn’t even exist anymore and the ownership changed. Those who were there had a reservation in my name and claimed it used to be a fabhotel, so they gave me a fabhotel customer‑service number to call. I booked this place because it was opposite Tivoli where I had meetings, but after the ownership change the fabhotel customer service directed me to a hotel 5 km away. I arrived at an establishment in a completely rotten dead‑end street, a rotten hotel. I chose it because I needed to drop off my bags and head to the meeting. In the evening, when I returned, I could no longer recognize the place. The hotel had disappeared behind a night market. I spent the whole evening hearing the merchants and other noises… I really can’t continue this story. I could write a script about it, thanks.

Palaash’s name wasn’t on the booking, so we had to find other accommodation. Strange! It’s fraud. I didn’t stay there.

“We have very poor experience during stay in hotel”

The hotel attendant denied my booking when I showed the confirmation, explaining that we had no rooms; after arguing, he claimed one was available but the AC wasn’t working properly around 1.00 A.M. There was no option to accept that room. When we entered, the bathroom taps were very hard, no water in the room, no towel, and after demanding a water bottle no one came out. The bedsheets were also very dirty. We have nothing to say positive. The location is good but there is no service at all.

The hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere with clean rooms and courteous service. I appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Everything was up to the mark, and the staff ensured my stay remained stress-free. Highly recommended
