“We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place in Brisbane! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, well located, and excelle”

I stayed at Gary’s place in Brisbane and it was fantastic—beautiful, comfy, well‑located, and great value. Gary himself was super attentive, welcoming, and always answered questions fast. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and he even offered to show my family around Brisbane for free, which was beyond what we expected. His assistant was just as great, making the whole visit even better. Genuine hospitality like this is rare, and we appreciated every detail. We’d love to return and would recommend Gary’s place to anyone heading to Brisbane.

The hotel was super clean, in a great spot, and the staff were excellent, but the pool was cold in October—kids still jumped in, yet adults couldn’t enjoy it properly.

“A conveniently located hotel with accommodating staff.”

The hotel was solid, especially since it sits right across from the convention centre—perfect for conference attendees. Staff were very accommodating, having everything ready for early check‑in. We liked the luggage storage, both while waiting for check‑in and for leaving bags for a few days; the hotel also accepts package deliveries, which was handy. The gym was well equipped and enjoyable. On the downside, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable; replacements didn’t improve much. Breakfast was a bit frustrating: if it’s not included, the full breakfast is pricey, and there’s no option for a small order like scrambled eggs or a single slice of toast. A few simple à la carte items would make it more flexible and enjoyable.

Every stay is great here; the staff are attentive, engaging, and always smiling, which makes a big difference after long travel. The room is lovely, room service is good, and the location is as expected. The team really turns a good stay into a great one.
