“Beaucoup de potentiel, mais une expérience très décevante”
Cleanliness was average, although the staff were quite kind and welcoming; breakfast was a real let‑down with a large coffee machine, stale croissants, msemen, harcha, bread, jam, cheese, and hard‑boiled eggs, and when asked for an omelette or a simple fried egg the reply was “Sorry, we don’t do that.” For a hotel, that’s really limiting. Service was also poorly organized, with either the housekeeper or the hotel technician serving you. We encountered serious water problems: no hot water the first night, then no water at all the next day, requiring repeated calls and insistence for someone to fix it. The pool was basically abandoned, with no loungers, chairs, or facilities to enjoy it, and the bathroom was problematic: the shower cabin leaked at the bottom, water spread on the floor making it very slippery, and there was no shower head. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but it feels like the priority is cutting costs and generating revenue rather than investing in guest comfort and satisfaction.
“It was good enough,”
The staff were good, but I didn’t like the breakfast they offered and the location had no parking.
The slightly older bald gentleman who handled breakfast was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, the pool small but fine, and everything was well‑kept for Morocco. The cleaning lady finished her work around 14:00, so if you wanted to sleep in your room wasn’t cleaned. The lift broke down twice and an extra toilet would have been nice.
“Redelijk”
The location was fine, but the service left something to be desired.
The staff were very friendly, especially the two guys at reception.
