The site was reduced to ashes and uninhabitable; no one called or informed us beforehand. The place was burned to the ground and uninhabitable, nobody called and let us know before hand…

We couldn’t stay because the hotel was closed and no one reached out. We arrived for the Cheer Competition weekend, saw signs that the hotel was shut, and luckily found another place with an available room.

I never stayed there. The staff never told me my reservation was cancelled because of a prior fire and were very rude when I called to confirm.

When I got there they said there were no rooms left, even though I’d booked in advance. The door was locked.
