The price was great, and overall the hotel was not bad. There is a staff member named Abu Omer who was the nicest person I encountered at the hotel. He has an excellent personality, great hospitality skills, and speaks English well. I believe the owner should consider promoting him to a manager position and rewarding him more, as he helped my family tremendously. The restaurant owner was not pleasant and overcharged us. Honestly, the food was not worth the price we paid. The staff was rude and disrespectful at first, but after we told them not to worry and that we would pay well, their attitude improved. However, that does not justify charging us significantly more just because we are from the U.S. The food quality was still not very good. Additionally, the hotel staff should come to the rooms daily to change the bedsheets and ask guests if they need anything. The lack of English-speaking staff was a major cause of misunderstanding, although some staff members were nice
