Overall, the hotel is a little gem, though its location is nowhere near the town and you definitely need a taxi to get around. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the food service area and housekeeping. Laura at the breakfast lounge greeted everyone with a smile and was more than willing to make sure you started the day happy. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of options, and the service was quick and friendly. I didn’t like having to pay £10 for parking, especially since I was staying at the hotel and that added another amount on top of my bill.

It was good, with a nice selection of food, but the marmalade dispenser was a bit tricky to use. For tea, the cold milk location was unclear at first, though it was fine once found, and the butter was very cold and hard to spread – very minor issues.
