The room is equipped with air‑conditioning and a flat‑screen television, and complimentary Wi‑Fi is available throughout. An attached bathroom includes a shower for guest use. The space accommodates two guests.
“Hotel Lucku is not recommended at all. Very poor staff and service.”
The sheets were dirty, there was no water to flush at night, and breakfast—though paid for—wasn't available until 9 am. Bookings.com misled me and charged for breakfast; at least offer a refund. The only other issue was connectivity.
The spot is great, and the staff were excellent, but the rooms could use a lot more upkeep, especially the bathrooms and the AC.
I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. However, the cleanliness of my room was somewhat lacking, and the breakfast options were limited. Despite this, the hotel's central location made up for these drawbacks, and I was able to easily explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there's definitely room for improvement.
I booked a room for about 5500 and the room was terrible. I tried to sleep around 2 am, and within 10–15 minutes my skin started itching badly, as if insects were biting nonstop. When I pulled the blanket it got worse, and by 4.30 am I woke up with intense itching. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and under the bed linen, and I suspected bed bugs when I checked under the mattress; red marks and patches appeared all over my back and legs. After a shower to clean up, I called reception around 5 ish and they said that a few cockroaches were fine, and the man at reception outright denied any chance of bed bugs. I sat in a chair until I finally left around 8.45 am. It was a very bad night. On top of that, for a bill of about Rs 180 I received a call from the restaurant after I’d gone out in the evening; I told them I’d pay at checkout, but they insisted on settling the bill the same day.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and while it had its quirks, I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by its prime location and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made it an ideal base for my exploration of the city, and the friendly staff were always happy to offer recommendations or assistance whenever I needed it.
