“UNA MERAVIGLIOSA SCOPERTA”

I stayed one night in a beautiful sea‑front room with a balcony, the cleanliness was impeccable, and because I’m allergic to dust I found the floor hypoallergenic, which surprised me since it looked like carpet; the owner immediately reassured me. The morning breakfast was a surprise with homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, basically a real continental breakfast, and a cappuccino made by the owner, Rosy, who was always present and smiling. Even though my stay was short, I’ll definitely return to this place where I felt like family. Keep it up! The only downside was having to leave.

“Pessima esperienza”

The staff was friendly except for the owner, who was very rude and ill‑mannered. The experience was absolutely negative; I don’t recommend this place. The rooms were old and dusty, problematic for allergy sufferers. The environment was dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell. The room amenities seemed old and of very low quality, even the hair dryer looked extremely dated. Breakfast was also very poor, both in choice and quality. The worst part was the owner’s behaviour. I simply asked politely if it would be possible to change the towels. I never demanded anything. She replied that there was no obligation to change them, which I can understand, but that does not excuse how she treated me. A normal, courteous request turned into a confrontation with an arrogant, aggressive, and completely unprofessional attitude. Even more serious, in my view, was the fact that the owner went looking for my personal Instagram profile and then made judgments about my profession. I find that behaviour intrusive, inappropriate, and totally out of place in a client‑hotel relationship. I note that the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that was not enough to offset an overall terrible experience. Cleaning was insufficient, quality very low, breakfast disappointing, and the handling of the client, in my case, was absolutely unacceptable. I would not return or recommend it.

“A fost vacanța potrivită pentru noi, exact ce aveam nevoie la momentul respectiv”

Foarte curat, primitor, locație excelentă, gazde excelente, oameni extraordinar de buni hotelieri, te fac să te simți ca acasă. Nu există nici un aspect negativ, a fost o experiență 100% pozitivă
