I was greeted by a rude, coarse and dishonest person right from the start, and that ruined my stay in Ho Chi Minh. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

The location is great, but the air‑conditioning was bad.

The room was very clean and the receptionist was gracious, plus the internet was fast. However, the guy at the front desk got confused about my booking and I nearly missed checking in early Thursday morning.

Nothing good. The staff were indifferent and disrespectful.

The room had no proper working air‑conditioner; only a fan was provided. How can a hotel in central Saigon lack a functioning AC when it was 40 degrees in the middle of summer? The bathroom had mould and black dots on the wall. The front reception area was dirty, humid, and had no air‑conditioning; they didn’t even turn on the lights. The staff at the front desk were dismissive and rude, and the technician who pretended to come up to fix the AC was especially rude.
