The bed was comfortable and the location was fine—quiet, not in the center—and help arrived quickly when needed, which was very pleasant; however, everything feels a bit old, the shower leaked and sprayed everywhere, and the kitchen is tiny and very basic/cheap.

The spot’s location, spotless surroundings, and friendly staff made my stay a breeze.

If you need a tidy, secure base while in Bocas, this place delivers; I stayed for a month and felt completely safe. It sits right next to a big grocery store for all your needs and just off the bus line that takes you to Drago and Starfish beaches for $2.50. The owner even lent me his bike, and his mother, who lives on the property, is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. I’d rate it 10 out of 10, not 1.

The room was filthy, the fridge inside was full of mold, and the whole space smelled like mildew. The rubber in the shower was also moldy, and the outlets had no casing.
