Nothing at all! 1⁰ Terrible reception upon arrival—never been so poorly greeted by an attendant, who was rude and ill‑mannered!!! 2⁰ The place was dirty, with wall leaks!!! 3⁰ The entire building had no electricity all day (the only property on the street without power), and I was told nothing beforehand; I arrived around 20:00 in heavy rain and the attendant wouldn’t even let us in! 4⁰ After many questions, the attendant called Mr. Marcelo (apparently the owner) who promised to cancel the reservations! 5⁰ I received no support; my whole family was left in that situation I don’t wish on anyone! 6⁰ I had to drive another 01:30h to a nearby town because there was no other accommodation with a vacancy! 7⁰ I had to handle everything alone, and I hope I never return to this place!
