“Not worth the stay”

The room was standard and fairly clean, but I booked it mainly for the shuttle, which I couldn’t use because a wedding had filled all the spots. Breakfast wasn’t included, and after paying for parking through the app, the front desk told me it was free. When I called about breakfast, they claimed I hadn’t checked in, so I ended up using a rideshare for transport and won’t return.

I stayed for my graduation, just 10 minutes from the venue, and loved how Lisa made the dining area at McKnight feel so welcoming; she was great at breakfast, and Alisha helped us find our medicine when we left. Everyone we met was fantastic, and I had no complaints.

“It was a bed to sleep in, nothing more.”

Parking was plentiful, but the room wasn’t very clean and the AC froze, so we had to use all our towels to soak up water that dripped onto the carpet. We were there for an outdoor music festival, so the broken AC in July was especially annoying, and the price felt far too high for what we got.
