The location was okay, and the stay eventually ended, which was the only good thing. There is no lift/elevator, making it hard to carry luggage. The service desk was unprofessional, and the manager was rude and dismissive. Food options were very limited, and outside food was not allowed. Parking was extremely limited. The room had broken switches, and the washroom had a strong cigarette smell.

“Nice Stay”

I had a very comfortable stay; the room was spotless, the bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The property felt safe and the hourly booking option was very convenient, making the overall experience great.

The receptionist was very polite, but I was upset when he didn’t give me water bottles after I asked. We had many arguments 😡😡😡😡. The receptionist and the lift were also not working, so I had to come downstairs every time I used the staircase.

The staff were average. When we entered the room it smelled, and the bed sheets and pillowcases looked dirty as if they hadn’t been changed for a while. The room itself was not clean.

The location is good. However, on Google it’s listed as a 4‑star property, but it’s honestly not even worth 3 stars. The bathroom sink was broken, the toilet spray had no proper holder and was just hanging on a nail, the AC was dirty, and the exhaust fan was full of dust and extremely noisy. Always ask about charges or extra fees before ordering anything from this hotel.
