“Okay place to stay”
The hotel is pet‑friendly with a nice walking area, the room was clean and I felt safe, but it had a faint smell of stale cigarettes and clearly needs a refresh; there was no coffee maker in the room.

Nothing to say positively, but the shower was cold.

The location was convenient because I needed to be close to Goshen College, but the building is old and lacks an elevator, making it a bit hard to climb stairs with heavy suitcases.

The motel looks pretty old and shows its age. The reading lights were too weak to read books. The breakfast was so minimal that we ate somewhere else.

The hotel offers a huge parking lot and easy access, but being right next to a freight yard meant we were woken for most of the night by very loud train whistles. The bed was extremely narrow for two average‑sized adults like my husband and me, and we’re not used to American‑style hotels, so we had to ask staff to empty the trash cans, replace the bath mat and the plastic cups. The shower only provided a tiny shampoo sachet meant for two uses and a bar of soap, and we had to request more of both during our three‑night stay. We left feeling let down by the gap in service quality between Best Western Europe and this US location.
