How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Practical, nothing. Extremely expensive for a normal apartment and no goodwill. Even the parking costs extra. Directly on the street and very plain. Extremely old building with a slightly musty hallway. In the end it is simply far too expensive for what it offers!

The location is excellent, but the parking right outside the house only works in reverse, which is inconvenient, and it costs 10 € per day.

The place is comfortable with an equipped kitchen and close to walking paths, though the beds are very hard.

It sits very idly on the Wupper, and I especially loved the parking spot in front of the door; everything is nicely furnished and the house is very quiet—nothing needs changing.
