The experience from start to finish was great. I loved the personalized liquid soap, the pleasantly scented linens, and the diverse coffee selection. A few details could use attention: the shower drain holes looked dirty or old, and the track holding the bathroom door was loose with noticeable wear, which caught my eye because I’ve had a bad box door incident before and it wasn’t pleasant.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Unfortunately, the hotel's breakfast offerings fell short of expectations, with empty containers of chia and flaxseed, old sucrilhos and granola, and a fruit platter with spoiled fruit. It's clear that the hotel needs to improve its breakfast service to meet guest needs.
