The pool exists but looks a bit run‑down and isn’t well maintained. For the first four days the breakfast had only coffee and biscuits, but the last three days were more substantial; there was no restaurant for lunch or dinner.

I asked them to cancel my last day, but they told me to ask again, yet I still got a message saying I needed the hotel’s permission. The staff wouldn’t let me cancel the last day and tried to confuse us. We booked for four nights, stayed three, and left the room empty for the final night because we couldn’t cancel. The staff were rude and clueless.
