The friendliness of Mrs. Manoleva and the young woman at breakfast, the location right next to an Ottoman architectural gem in the Balkans, the ambiance, and the city of Melnik were all appreciated.

Cozy, clean, and the staff were super welcoming.

The room was spacious, comfy, and the views were fantastic, plus the breakfast was delicious. The terrace tables are nice, but you can’t bring outside food and there’s hardly anything else to eat on site – they should broaden the menu or be more flexible.

The vibe is pleasant, quiet, and peaceful. The staff, especially Margerita and Niko, are amazing—always helpful and ready for any request. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the courtyard has a tidy, lovely garden. Worth it!
