“Practical place to stay when you have business in the area, especially with a gym”
I was working on family business in Pontevedra, so I needed a place to rest, work with internet, and work out; this became my base for a few days while I self‑drove. The roads are wide and relatively new, and the hotel sits beside the highway, easy to find but lacking a big sign. A good gym is available for free. It’s a reasonable and practical place to stay if you have business in the mid‑south area of Negros Occidental and prefer not to drive to Bacolod every day. The room is big, and there are tables outside for work. Internet works well. The staff are friendly, and there’s a small parking space. For the best dining, go to Bantayan Park in Bago City, which is beside Bago River, offering an excellent view, food, trees, and space for the family. It’s 5 minutes away by car and about 10 minutes away by local tricycle. My plan to stay here worked. However, they don’t sell food, so you must buy food elsewhere. The area is near schools, so there are very affordable food options. Lights inside the room are dim; it’s best to change to brighter options. They need to put a bigger sign outside.
