The staff were very helpful, though a few struggled a bit with English; everyone was friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. Breakfast is served at a nearby, fancier hotel, which is a nice touch. Initially the staff weren't very helpful and kept insisting we pay in cash, and there is no elevator.

The staff were very helpful and the location is in the center with everything within walking distance. However, there were no tissues in the room, no cleaning service, water was only given once, and the restaurant was in another hotel, a 4‑minute walk away.

The room was comfortable and quiet. There was absolutely no option to pay by credit card; we saw a card reader but it was broken—please check that. The air conditioning was either not working or only a fan; if you plan to come in summer, keep that in mind.
