I was truly impressed by the hotel's breathtaking location, but unfortunately, the facilities fell short of my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was a plus, but the plumbing and doors that wouldn't close properly were subpar. To make matters worse, the old and dirty bed sheets were a major letdown. Despite the friendly staff, the low prices seemed to hinder their ability to improve the overall experience, which was a shame for such a grand hotel.
