The location was convenient and the room offered a large double bed plus a single one, but we noticed the absence of a fridge and the shower could have been cleaner.

The location was convenient for getting to San Siro. The room was dirty, the shower was broken and the bathroom smelled like a sewer, and the lights near the bed were only partially working.

The staff were friendly. However, everything else was a mess: outlets were hanging off the wall, the nightstand lamps didn’t work, and the air conditioner was dead until I told the staff, who had to flip a breaker at reception. The bathroom smelled like a sewage pit, and that stink spread to the rest of the rooms.
The check‑in at night went smoothly, and the balcony offered a great view. However, the double room only had one set of towels, so we had to descend to the lobby at night for more. Breakfast was very sparse; at least croissants would have been nice.
