The hotel's staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location in the middle of Thamel was perfect. The rooftop restaurant was also a highlight, offering a great view and a nice meal. However, I did find the room to be quite humid, which made it feel damp and uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff at the reception and security, who went out of their way to assist me. However, my stay was marred by a number of issues with the room, including mold on the walls, high humidity, and a strong musty smell. The towels were also in poor condition, and the additional blankets were dirty and smelled of mildew.

However, the rooms themselves were a letdown - the first one I stayed in was extremely loud due to its proximity to a nightclub, and the second one had no hot water. I was so impressed with this hotel that I ended up extending my stay. The room was clean and modern, and the location was ideal - central to Thamel, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and supportive, always happy to help with any requests. The breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was also a highlight, with a beautiful view of Kathmandu.
