The room was nice, the beds comfortable, and the selection of room drinks was excellent; extra milk was supplied on request. The outdoor seating area was pleasant, and service and communication were great. Breakfast the next morning was nice with a good variety, and the TV offered streaming services, which was a bonus.

The spot is great, but nothing else really stands out.

The room was very comfortable with quiet, comfy beds. Amy was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and not rushed. The traffic in Hereford was hectic.

The garden‑block annexe was lovely—very comfy, a nice en‑suite, and had everything we needed; a quick taxi gets you into town. Nothing in particular went wrong; it was all good for one night.

I appreciated that the rooms opened onto the garden so we could come and go without disturbing anyone; our room was very clean and comfortable and was already open when we arrived because the owner had gone out. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, served in the main house with access through the conservatory—a lovely night’s stay. I would have preferred a shower to a bath because of my mobility issues.
