How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The guide Hamza was fantastic: a good driver, a good cook, paid and friendly. His knowledge of the desert was incredible, and he managed to show us the ostriches and the oryx, which are very hard to find. The rooms are very simple but comfortable. The electricity didn’t work because the solar batteries weren’t maintained, which is a shame, though the candles add a magical touch to the place; still bring a headlamp just in case.

The pool was absolutely stunning, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more. It's a shame that even the most basic drinks, like water, weren't included in the package.

The staff were absolutely lovely, and we had some amazing moments during our stay. However, the description on the booking site mentioned a fully-equipped shared bathroom, which was a bit misleading - there were no showers or electricity on the campsite, which wasn't a huge issue for us since we were in the desert, but it would've been nice to have a more honest description.
