How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient and the hotel was pet friendly. However, the room had been a former smoking room, the walls hadn’t been properly repaired before painting, the tub faucet was loose, the television wouldn’t work because the two remotes weren’t programmed, and the floor was dirty.

The location and price were fine, but the bathroom had used towels and the room contained dirty cleaning clothes.

The location was okay, but there was no refrigerator, no ice bucket, no coffee maker, no quilt, the front desk worker was very rude and offered no apologies, and the place was infested with bugs.

The property was clean but it did have an old musk smell to it. The breakfast wasn’t offered as it said.

They didn't clean the rooms or give you clean towels, you had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Also the pool was closed
