“Gutes Essen, guter Service”

The accommodation was overall very tidy and clean, giving a great first impression. The spacious spa area was well maintained and offered many relaxation options, with several pools at different temperatures for everyone’s taste. The food was consistently good and high quality; the variety and flavor matched the hotel’s standards. Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a solid hotel with many positives, especially in wellness and dining. However, we booked this place for our honeymoon and were disappointed that the hotel didn’t acknowledge it at all. No small gesture, no upgrade, no appreciation – something we expected from a higher‑end property. This lack of personal touch left a rather impersonal feeling. Additionally, we were let down by our room’s view, which only offered a small bay and a gravel roof at pool level. The photos on the booking site didn’t show this, so the reality didn’t meet our expectations. It was a shame, as we had hoped for more hospitality and attention at a hotel of this calibre.

“Gigantisch”

In a word: GENIAL. Nothing was missing – the food was superb, the breakfast buffet was huge and fresh, the spa and wellness area was massive, the bar was perfect for lingering, sometimes with live lounge music, and everything was spotlessly clean.
