“Accommodation done right”
The location is fine, the staff are polite and attentive, the food feels homemade, and the beds and bedding are comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

The location is good, but the staff weren't very knowledgeable, the food was very poor, and you shouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

The staff were great, the food was okay, parking was right in front, the bathroom looked recently refurbished, was clean, and the showers were great. The view of the water and Tamar Bridge was lovely, and the value was good. The room was directly above the smoking area, so it was noisy until the bar closed, and the smoking area was close to the entrance, so smoke lingered up the stairs and corridor—though it didn’t end up in the room.

It did exactly what it says on the tin: a pub with rooms. The view from the room across the Tamar was fabulous. Both dinner and breakfast were generous and tasty. Don’t be put off by its street location.
