Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room was filthy, with a broken microwave and a non-functional toilet. The sheets were also dirty, making for a truly nightmarish experience.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its location, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms are outdated and lack basic amenities like Wi-Fi and a room service. It's a shame, because with some TLC, this hotel could be a great option.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel, where everything seemed to go wrong. The staff's poor communication skills left me waiting for six hours to resolve front desk issues, and it was a surprise to see the housekeeper handling front office tasks. To make matters worse, I was forced to take a different room than the one I booked, and my breakfast was sent to my room while I was still sleeping after a long journey. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here.

While the location of this hotel was a redeeming factor, my stay was still marred by a significant misrepresentation in their advertising. I had expected to stay in a room from the other villa, but instead, I was given a room from a different building. It's clear that they should not have used photos from the other villa in their ad, as it created unrealistic expectations. Despite the good location, I would not stay here again.

Despite some minor issues with the hotel's structure, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and spacious rooms. The hotel's proximity to the airport and Telaga terminal was also a major plus.
