Montreal Naif Hotel

Nothing special, not a good experience. The staff behaved very badly; after booking online I went to the hotel and the front‑desk staff told me to wait for two hours. I watched the CCTV cameras and still had to wait; after the wait they checked my details and said the room was not available, even though the site still showed it as available. This was a clear mistake and a sign of poor management. I have already reported this to the municipality and am waiting for a response because I wasted two hours. Please take action. Thanks.

“ندمت على اني حجزت في هاد فندق ولن اعود مرة اخرى”

The place was a total letdown. The air‑conditioning barely worked, the room was dirty and the whole spot smelled awful. I booked a room with a view, but when I got there they said all the view rooms were gone and the price they charged for what I ended up with was way too high. No positives to mention.
