The location was nice, but the room and especially the bathroom were disappointing.

The hotel is close to the city gate, quiet, clean, and the small breakfast in the Medina is within walking distance so you can wander without a guide. There is no parking; you have to park in the narrow streets, which is very difficult because many cars are parked around the Medina entrance. There is no dedicated porter for luggage, so people outside the Medina offer to help, but on the day of departure they are no longer available even though we paid for porter service in advance.

We arrived by motorcycle and were told there was no parking; the only option was to park on the street. The confirmation mentioned paid parking, but they never clarified that it wasn’t available, and we ended up not staying at this hotel and found another with private parking. We paid for the night and did not sleep here because they didn’t help with parking.

The place is very clean and well located, but there is a lot of noise from staff who talk loudly both in the afternoon and in the morning.
