The unit is truly beautiful—what you see is what you get 😊 The owner is very helpful and hands‑on, and we’re grateful to have this corner unit with plenty of natural light and a great view😍

The unit itself was perfect—spacious, fully equipped for a short stay, and ideal for families, even with kids. However, it would have been a 10 if we hadn’t been left waiting outside in the cold with my senior father and a toddler; the temperature in Tagaytay was 19–21 °C. I told them I’d arrive by 5:00 PM, yet we couldn’t access the unit until 8:00 PM. I had to hunt for ways to contact the host because the listed phone number was unreachable, and I even asked the building receptionist for help. Eventually I reached someone on Facebook who contacted the host for us, which was stressful and exhausting. The listing says parking is available, but there’s no guaranteed spot; this unit has no assigned parking, so we had to rely on building parking, and when that was full we had to hunt for street or mall parking, driving around several times. I had told the host right after booking, along with my check‑in time, that I’d need a parking slot. The host offered an extended check‑out time as compensation, which we appreciated, but it didn’t help because we couldn’t check in early and had no time or energy to explore. We had to leave the next day early to see the city. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient and stressful.

The vibe here is super chill and spotless, just a quick stroll to Serin mall, and check‑in was a breeze. The owner stayed on top of things and kept in touch even after we left.

The place is super convenient, close to malls, restaurants, markets, and so on. They throw in free snacks and drinks, kitchenware, clean towels and toiletries, extra foam for kids to sleep on, board games, and karaoke. We had to wait over an hour in the lobby before the host finally let us into the unit. At first we thought we’d been scammed because no one answered our calls or texts. Watch out for the towels – you’ll be charged 350 php if you lose one. There’s no spot to hang wet towels except the bathroom, which doesn’t dry them well; a towel rack with clips on the balcony would help. Bring your own hair dryer because theirs is too small and old. Also, they’ll ask for a 2 k php security deposit upfront.
