It could use night lights for each bed and more plug sockets.

The basin in the dorm room was great, and the toilets were very clean, but there was no socket next to the bed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was nothing else to note.

The accommodation was high quality with solid bunk beds, good bedding, and clean showers and toilets; the common areas were very good, and the atmosphere was friendly and usually quiet. The location was ideal for walks and close to Keswick centre. The only downside was a noisy pair of guests on Saturday night, who behaved like young teenagers for almost an hour, but this was a rare and unfortunate incident in an otherwise very nice hostel.
