The room was comfy, completely quiet, and the staff were incredibly kind—special shout‑out to Ruby and Ivy. Breakfast was pretty hearty. Thanks a lot! Everything else was fine.

The location was ideal and the room was good, but breakfast was mediocre.

The smart TV was clean, staff excellent—Ruby did an amazing job—and they offered a complimentary ride to the train station, plus a map when we first arrived. The location is great and good value for money. Breakfast was decent, with fruits and boiled eggs, but options for vegans/halal were limited and we couldn't confirm cross‑contamination. We weren’t fully satisfied with our room; Ruby apologized and offered the complimentary train ride so we wouldn’t leave with negative memories. Cons: no natural light in the room—no window; the twin‑bed room felt smaller than the booking photos and had limited space to move around.

The hotel sits perfectly in the Old Quarter, the beds are comfortable, we could store our luggage on departure day and shower before heading to the airport, and staff Tom and Lily were very helpful and friendly.
