The room was pleasant and comfortable, the sauna was great, and the overall environment was nice.

The room size was good, but the Wi‑Fi and SFR reception were offline. The hotel décor was nice, the service staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the SFR phone network didn’t work, the hotel Wi‑Fi was poor and flaky, especially for a place meant to host businesses. The staff gave wrong information; for example, around 18:30 I asked a staff member who had just finished his shift if the pool was open, and he said it was closed. I then booked a dinner for 19:30, unaware the pool was actually open. After leaving the restaurant I told the front desk that they should have informed me about the pool’s opening, but they replied that it was open. Knowing this, I could have gone swimming before dinner and booked a table for 20:30. Very disappointing.

The rooms were well designed and spacious, the location was quiet, there was plenty of parking, and a grocery shop was nearby; it was close enough to a junction that easily led to the towns of Tours and Ambrose.
